Pride of the '88-'98 GM Fleet
Lake Perris is not particularly exciting. Add 200 customized trucks and suddenly Lake Perris turns into one happening place. Such was the case on March 14, when the Lake Perris Fairground was invaded with 'bagged minis, lifted fullsize trucks, and rail-draggin' midsize trucks of all colors and stages of development. Apparently, the theme for this year was under construction, as many of the trucks at the show were near completion, but not ready for feature shoots. With the smell of wax in the air, we cruised the show, giving out cards to prospective feature truck owners. Starting the show season off right, Forbidden had a large vendor area, a bikini contest, and enough trucks to spark our interests to bring us back next year.
